The format of TriStar restarted in 2017, after a short break, at the waterfront of Lake Constance in Switzerland. Established in 2009, the triathlon series organized 25 events in several countries with an attractive format of distances. In September 2017 the restart took place in Rorschach Switzerland, a strategical interesting border triangle (CH, AT, DE) at Lake Constance. The management was realigned and shines with a star cast out of the professional sport. The Olympic champion in time trial, Fabian Cancellara, completes the trio of the new TriStar management.
